Overview
Pacific Crest Services is seeking a dynamic and driven recruiting professional to help grow our organization by attracting top-tier insurance agents nationwide. We are looking for an authentic, motivated individual with the ability to quickly connect with candidates and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

As a recruiter at Pacific Crest Services, you will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are essential to thrive in this role. Responsibilities
 

Sourcing:

  • Engage with incoming leads daily through phone, Skype, email, instant messaging, and LinkedIn.

  • Utilize the company’s candidate database to connect with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging.

  • Develop relationships with existing Pacific Crest Services agents to build a referral network.

  • Conduct cold outreach to prospect lists and manage follow-up communication through email and other channels.


Selection:

  • Partner with the Pacific Crest corporate team to gain expertise in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry and effectively represent the Pacific Crest Services opportunity.

  • Conduct thorough vetting to understand candidates’ needs and assess their fit for the organization.


Accountability and Tracking:

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

  • Use home-office-supported software to maintain an accurate candidate database and ensure an efficient selection process.

  • Prepare activity and results reports for leadership team meetings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field; experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or a related industry is highly desired.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

  • Proven experience in prospecting and generating leads, both over the phone and in person.

  • Ability to work on-site during all workdays.


Job Type

  • Full-time

  • Salary:  D.O.E, plus performance-based bonuses.
