Shane started with Pacific Crest Services in 2010 and became our first Independent Insurance Agent in Dallas, Texas. Before joining Pacific Crest Services, Mark worked with Farmers Insurance for 5 years as a captive agent. Located in Dallas Texas, Mark opened Affluence Insurance Services and has built his agency to a $9.2 million dollar agency.
Shane was selected as the Pacific Crest Territory Representative in California in 2022 based on his passion to help agents transition to the independent channel. With an advanced knowledge of the California insurance marketplace and a history of success as an independent agent, Shane provides agents winning strategies to grow their insurance practices.
